“To keep the body in good health is a duty… otherwise we shall not be able to keep our mind strong and clear.”
Rob entered the Health and Fitness Industry in 2002 as a Personal Trainer and a Group Fitness Instructor. After almost 10 years helping clients achieve their fitness goals, he decided to pursue the recovery side. In 2011, he graduated from Yakima Valley Body Therapy Institute with specialized training in therapeutic massage and deep tissue massage and for the next 6 years, he worked to master his craft.
In early 2017, he began researching the float industry and traveled the PNW in search of a tool to further help the recovery of his clients, and by October 2017… +Energy Massage & Float Spa was born.
In 2018, Rob became a certified cupping therapist, and in 2019, he began teaching. Rob’s treatments include a variety of techniques to make sure each client gets the relief they are looking for.
With Rob's massage experience and his passion, plus a lot of hard work and dedication, he is the founder and CEO of +Energy Massage & Float Spa.
Maisie graduated from Elite Academy in early 2018, earning her massage license while working full-time as a retail manager. She quickly decided to become dual-licensed and is currently working towards her Esthetics license. Maisie’s strengths are deep tissue, and Swedish massage with hot stones.
Outside of work, Maisie enjoys an active lifestyle, working out and hiking the PNW as much as possible during her time off and looks forward to sharing her passion for health and wellness with our community.
Brenna Burns joined the +Energy team in 2018 with an Aveda-Style training background. She excels at providing a relaxing massage and incorporates medium to deep pressure in a smooth, soothing way. Her favorite service to give is the Total Bliss. Outside of work, Brenna loves to spend time outdoors with her husband camping, fishing, rock climbing, and worshiping.
Jolynn Montoya graduated from Elite Academy this year, but has been passionate about massage therapy since early childhood. “I feel as though this is the best way I can give back to others, giving people that extra boost of self love and care that we all need so dearly” she says about becoming a massage therapist. Originally from the Portland area, she was drawn to the Yakima Valley for our nice weather and beautiful landscape. Her intuitive touch, and calming spirit make her the perfect addition to the +Energy team. Welcome Jolynn!
